The recipes below are placed in the order they should be eaten in a 3 course meal style.
Soak the Strawberries in OJ for an hour
Add some Mint to the strawberry puree blend
Blend Strawberries w/ a cup or more of OJ/Pineapple juice for richer flavor
Soak Dehydrated Pinapple for 30mins-1hour
if you are out of kale use any greens you'd like
For a Creamy Variation soak dehydrated coconut meat shards in coconut juice for 1 hour, blend together.
For a spicy version add 1/4" square ginger, 1/3 pc of garlic, 3 springs green onion & cilantro w/ lemon grass to coconut water (blend & strain) then pour over ingredients, or soak dehydrated coconut shards.
